ICI: ($$) Brooklyn baby! This restaurant uses seasonal ingredients and works with local farmers, cheese mongers, and butchers and fisherman alike. Fresh, seasonal, and always local! One of the best in Brooklyn!

 

COOKSHOP: ($$) Located near The Highline and all the avant-garde art galleries, this is definitely a Chelsea favorite. They support local farmers and artisans, and also use sustainable ingredients and humanely raised animals. Tip: Save room for dessert. 

IL BUCO: ($$) Located in the NoHo area, this beautiful restaurant transports you to a small town in Italy. The chef uses farm friendly and sustainable products. You will be surrounded by recycled antiques, and the wines are formidable.

 

ROSEMARY'S: ($$) This Italian West Village restaurant is a fabulous destination eatery. They have their own "Rooftop Farm" and use all natural ingredients. They care about where their food comes from. Farm to table. Creative simple menu that impresses every time. One of NYC most popular  hot spots.

BELL BOOK & CANDLEThis little eatery is one of the cities best kept secrets. Its nestled down some hidden stairs in the heart of the West Village. It has its own Aeroponic Rooftop Garden. The menu changes weekly. Transportive atmosphere, great cocktails and live music during brunch. Chef's Table available for a truly farm to table experience.
