Some people have discovered that they have an intolerance to Gluten. I realize this is an "eye roll" to many but believe me it isnt fun. Some are horribly allergic or suffer from Celiac Disease and some people simply feel better without Gluten in their diet. I am one of these people, so I'm empathetic to the Gluten Free movement.
